Ultrasound!

We had our first ultrasound yesterday! It was rally exciting to finally see our baby and watch it move - it was rolling and kicking all over! My Dr. - Dr. Fillerup (awesome name huh!) said she got a little printer happy, but that's ok:) She also changed our due date to November 3rd. The head is on the right on every picture - just in case you're having a hard time "seeing" the baby.

Spine
Touching his/her face
face shot
face shot
face shot - Tyson is worried that the baby doesn't have a neck
All curled up - you can see the head, knees and feet
My favorite - nice side shot of the whole body - check out those legs!!

Good for a Laugh

Well Alycia wanted me to post this video of me snowmobiling. I am doing it against my better judgement. For the record at the end I was trying to get set up to make a hard right to be able to cut a figure eight, and well you'll see what happens. It is one of those things that doesn't look near as cool as it feels. It was pretty fun, and I still laugh when I watch it.

Happy Birthday Jesse!

My brother Jesse turned 25 on April 13th. We had a little party at Serena's house the day before with some friends.

Apparently the pineapple cutter was a hit:) Jesse and Ethan
I love how you can see the heat waves above the cake!!
Breakfast anyone?? Yeah - Jesse Really Loves bacon - and Everyone knows it!!
Um - the jelly shoes were a joke:)

what??

Yesterday it snowed again here in Utah - They say it will be 80 on Monday - hmm.
It has been doing this all year, what's up with this crazy weather?

New look and we're still alive:)

I was getting really bored with how our blog looked, so I decided to change it - do you like it?? I really didn't know what I was doing, but I somehow figured it out. Anyway, I've been really lazy with our blog lately - we really haven't had anything exciting to post since Easter. We've both been busy with work and Tyson's school - but he will be graduating on May 2nd!!! I go in to the Dr. on April 15th for our first baby chek-up. I'm still feeling Great - I do get tired easily and some smells make me feel ill and bananas are a no-no, but I've only "been sick" twice and even then it wasn't that bad - this whole pregnancy still kind of feels fake, so we're hoping that the Dr's visit will make it seem more real:) Maybe we'll do something exciting enough to take pictures of soon and we'll make a more exciting post!

Cute Easter craft

I made this cute Easter topiary decoration at an Enrichment activity for our Church - It was so fun - you just cover a styrofoam egg with cut out flowers and pins, shove a stick into it and throw it into a pot:) I got home and showed it to Tyson and he was like "What is it? It looks crooked." Oh well - I still think it's cute

Easter - yeah I know it's late, but at least I finally got around to posting it!!

Hurry!! The big kids are coming!!!

Apparently this is what the Easter bunny wears
After a long day Ethan found out that he still fits in his baby swing

We had a fun Easter - yeah I know it was like a year ago, but anyway - We spent the day before at Heidi and Josh's - thanks Jesse and Tyson for the Easter egg hunt (they did one for the kids and the adults - we didn't get around to the adult one until it was dark - yeah, I wouldn't suggest doing that again - sorry Josh if you'r lawn mower finds any leftovers!!) Then on Easter Sunday we were with Tyson's family - we hid some easter baskets for his nephews, but it only took them like one minute to find them - it was fun though:)

Tyson's version...

I don't know how many of you heard that my sled, my baby, had a meeting with a tree a couple of weeks back. It wasn't pretty. Just one of those situations where there was no good choice of what to hit. It was either my buddy's sled, a moose in the middle of the road, or a tree. I tell you this to let you know that Alycia and I have talked it over and have decided that the best decision is to get a new baby. The new arrival won't weigh as much, and it won't be a Polaris. It however will probably cost more than my current baby. But the years of enjoyment will be well worth it. Yes, I am excited to announce that by next winter I will be the proud father of a new baby, be it a girl or a boy, Alycia is due November 7th, and I keep my current once crashed, by now fixed sled.

Who has the moose???!!???

Serena has it!!!! This thing has been passed around my Dad's family for the last 20+ years. My aunt's found it in some of my Grandma's stuff when they were getting ready for a garage sale. Anyway, there was a big debate on if this thing should be included in the sale or just thrown away. Needless to say, it didn't make it to either of those two options!! It's the biggest thing to "get the moose" in our family and you'll never know where it will pop up. Anyway, for all of you Danielson's who havn't seen it for a while, I thought I'd let him be part of the blog and let you all know that SERENA has the moose!!

visit from Mom:)

My mom was able to come out from North Dakota for two weeks - It was so fun to see her again!! She flew out here to watch my sister Theresa's kids while she and her husband were in Mexico. We are all just glad that Mom survived!! Here are some pictures of her stay - Hope you had fun Mom!! Love ya!

Where the sidewalk ends

Cute shoes huh!! Well, they weren't so cute the other day! So, Tyson and I were walking home from church the other day. We usually walk on the street because they are in the middle of making a sidewalk. Anyway, this Sunday, I noticed that they had "finished" the sidewalk so I said to Tyson, "why don't we walk on the sidewalk? It looks like they have it done - it's better than walking on the street". He said, " I don't think they have it all the way done yet and we would have to cut across the construction at the end of the street". I replied, "that's ok - we can cut across - it's not that bad". Anyway I guess I won and Tyson and I walked on the new sidewalk. Well, I should have listened to Tyson because the sidewalk Wasn't done and we Did have to cut across the construction - No problem, it had just snowed the day before so when the sidewalk ended, we cut across the corner of someone's yard and were almost to the street when - AHHH!! My whole left foot sank into about one and a half feet of some mud that was covered in snow!!
Yeah this next picture is what we saw a few days later when the snow melted. I wish I had had my camera with me so I could have taken a picture of my cute shoe Covered in thick mud, when I had to hop to the bathroom and then of me standing in the bath tub in my dress trying to wash it all off!! I guess it's best to listen to your husband when you are walking in a place where the sidewalk ends!!

Happy (late) Valentine's Day!

So, this is all that's left of the dozen long stemed roses Tyson gave me for part of my Valentine's Day gift. They were beautiful red roses - for a couple of hours - we woke up the next morning to find all of them wilted and shrivled:( Anyway we left them like that until today when I couldn't take it any longer. I cut all the blossoms off the stems and put them into a bowl of water. I think they still have a few more days left to them! At least they don't look like they're dying anymore!! Thanks for the roses Tyson - I love you Baby!!
We did have a nice Valentine's Day though - we got home from work, made a great steak dinner, then went to a terrible movie - Fool's Gold - DO NOT GO SEE IT!!! Despite the fact that we made a really bad movie choice, it was still fun to be together. Hope you all had a great one too!!

Here we come to save the day!!

This is from the weekend we spent up at Amy and Ken's cabin in Heber - I couldn't get the video to work until now. This is Tyson and the rest of the guys digging out one of the snowmobiles that were with us that "had an accident" then got stuck in a ditch. The guys got pretty good at digging out snowmobiles by the end of the weekend:) We're just glad no one was hurt.
