My first project...

with my new Silhouette Machine!!!

I was trying to copy this. I wish I had only used white ribbon, but other than that I think it turned out pretty cute. It looks way better in person though - these pictures make it look kind of weird. But Brenna loves it and points to it every time she goes into her room. That's all that matters right?? :)

I want to make them for my girls-is there a website where I can look up how to make them? Your Brenna is super cute-your kids will be about the same distance apart as my girls. Evie had her first b-day and then I found out I was pregnant 22 mo. apart. It is so fun though. Keep in touch, it has been a long time.

That's awesome. What's the material the butterflies are made with??

The butterflies are just cardstock and vellum put together with glue dots and fishing line. I cut them all out with my Silhouette Machine wich is like a Cricket but better (you don't have to buy cartridges for designs, you can scan any image and cut that or get tons of free ones online). The tutorial for the mobile is http://studio5.ksl.com/?sid=7500341&nid=61
